Problem with powering Screen 4.7 S3 V2.3

Good Day to all.
I have LilyGo T5 4.7 display, and I'm running weather station on it.
I have problem with powering. When I upload program via USB and it stays connect to USB - all is OK. Screen update every hour.
Now when I connect battery and disconnect USB - there is not updates, it looks it is frozen.
If I connect it via USB to charger - the same - not updates at all.
I have to disconnect battery, connect USB, reload program to get it working.
I did try reset button but with no luck.
My board is Screen 4.7 S3 V2.3
