T-Zigbee pinout dimensions

On https://www.lilygo.cc/products/t-zigbee-esp32-c3-tlsr8258
I can find the external PCB width, 29mm.
But I can't find the exact distance between the 4 holes, then between the 5 middle pins (3v3, SWM, Gnd, Tx, Rst) and the border pins, ...
I would like to install it on a PCB as a mezzanine, so I need exact and complete dimensions. -
