I have loaded the Espressif board configurations but I don't know which (if any) to select. Which one would be compatible with the TTGO T-Micro32 v2.0? Or is there another set of board configurations?

T-micro32 integrates ESP32-PICO-D4 chip inside. So choose ESP32-PICO-D4 when you choose.
