How to download code ESP32 POE without flash module

Hello

I bought an ESP32 POE module but I forgot buying a flasher module .

How can i download code without a flasher module?
Flasher module pin hole isnt a standart measurement in POE module.
POE module doesnt have pin names in flasher module section.

You can refer to the sequence from left to right TXD RXD IO0 RST GND 3.3V to use other serial port modules for programming.
