Replacement of ribbon from T-Keyboard in T-Deck

Last week i my new the T-Deck arrived. I had some issues with configuration and i though that something was wrong with the FW i tried to upload. Unfortunatelly i found out, that ribbon from T-Keyboard is party broken. Is it possible to buy somewhere replacement and replace it? I can't find any place, where i can buy it. I don't want to ship it as the, as it would take ages to resolve the issue.
