Issue with TTGO to register to the network

I am a beginner with TTGO. I am facing issue with TTGO. The serial monitor is showing
11:25:59.090 -> Turning off SIM800 Red LED...
11:25:59.090 -> AT+CNETLIGHT=0
11:25:59.090 -> ATI
11:26:00.090 -> Modem:
11:26:00.090 -> Waiting for network...AT+CREG?
11:26:01.365 -> AT+CREG?
11:26:02.605 -> AT+CREG?
11:26:03.847 -> AT+CREG?
And finally a fail message is displayed.
Please help..
