T-OI PLUS RISC-V ESP32-C3

Device: LILYGO TTGO T-OI PLUS RISC-V ESP32-C3
Dev Environment: ESP-IDF 4.3
Program: examples\wifi\getting_started\station (unmodified)
The WIFI station example program does not work on this device.
The same is true for the softAP example. Please assist in finding a solution.

The program was run exactly as it is provided in the IDF installation.
idf.py set-target esp32c3 was applied.
I can confirm that this example program runs OK without change on my M5Stack which is standard ESP32.

@dwhire A similar problem also exists when using the Arduino IDE. e.g. SimpleWiFiServer.ino. I have raised a repair ticket on Banggood (My supplier)

Problems also using BLE, tested using ESP-IDF 4.3.1 examples, board advertises (sometimes, sort of), but refuses to detect anything while scanning. Appears to be an RF problem.

Yes, crystal burrs cause the problem.It has now been fixed in the latest version
