T-Display S3 AMOLED fail to boot

Hey guys, I've just received new T-Display S3 AMOLED today.
But after few times of plug & unplug usb, it seemed dead.
Display showing nothing and only green led is blinking.
How can I solve this problem ? -
@anthony30334 Hmmm...the green LED is user programmable and the red LED indicates USB voltage available to the battery charge circuit.
Does the last code that you uploaded have logic to flash the green LED?
If you sketch is not to big, can you post it here, using three single back-quotes (below the ~ on an English keyboard, i.e ` ) at the start and at the end?this is code!-Terry

I didn't upload any firmware,only a default factory LCD demo was in the flash, but PC can recognize the JTAG port.
