T-01C3 AT Command Firmware

Hello,
can you please provide assistance on downloading the official AT Command firmware to the T-01C3 (ESP32-C3 based ESP-01 replacement board)? Specifically, can you please instruct us on which firmware is compatible with this board, of the ones that are listed for the different modules on the Espressif download list (https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-at/en/latest/esp32/AT_Binary_Lists/ESP32_AT_binaries.html).
Any other specific guidance or instruction (including best tool to use in Windows and Linux) and step-by-step tutorial (including special files like certificates) would also be very helpful.

The AT firmware should work with all ESP32-C3 products.
