Hello,
T-Echo was hung so I popped out the battery connector. I likely bridged +/- for a bit, I would expect this to have damaged the battery if anything but it still reads 3.62v and appears fine.
When connected to USB-C the T-Echo works normally. Now, even after letting the device sit for 24hrs with both power sources disconnected, it does not do anything with the battery connected (wont power on, does not indicate charging w/ battery + USB)
Questions:
-
Is it possible to have damaged the device? Physical inspection looks fine, the surface mount components under the connector look fine.
-
Is this the best place to request support or is there a hardware team with lilygo? What can I try?
Thanks!
