<![CDATA[Trying to reading data from RS485 of LilyGo T-RS-S3]]>I am using .Net Nanoframework and my IoT prototype has a QR reader connected with an RS232 port, When Tried to read the scanned data using RS 485 it returned some symbols like ??????

How can I read the correct form of the text scanned from the QR?
